2. Ownership and Usage Rights

• All uploaded soundtracks are the property of the vendors, and their commercialization is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing any of our soundtracks is strictly forbidden and goes against Halacha.
• The soundtrack is for the purchaser’s use only and may not be transferred to another person in any form.
• Each user is obligated to pay the price specified on the site.

3. Reuse and Fees

• General Reuse:
  • In general, the soundtrack is intended for one-time personal, private, and non-commercial use.
  • A reuse fee of $25 USD applies for additional use.
  • An individual, institution, school, or producer wishing to use a purchased soundtrack to record another song must pay a reuse fee.
  • Sharing or passing on a purchased soundtrack to another person is not allowed; each user must purchase directly from the website at the full price.
  • Purchasing a custom track also incurs the applicable reuse fee.

• Exceptions:
  • Recording the same song in different versions (e.g., Hebrew and English) doesn’t require an additional fee unless the additional version is for profit.
  • Singers using a soundtrack for public performance do not need to pay the reuse fee.
  • If the soundtrack is used for Koolulam (group singing recordings), the regular price should be paid for each performance.

• Recording and Eligibility:
  • Every recording, even for non-profit use, must be paid for.
  • Eligibility for reuse price exists only when the studio originally
    bought the soundtrack directly from the site at the regular price.
  • The customer must not be charged a lower price than the one listed on the website.
• Reuse Fee Conditions:
  • Singers who own recording studios and use soundtracks for public performances are required to pay a one-time reuse fee.
  • Payment for reuse is mandatory, even for use in a chorus or a small part of the soundtrack.
  • The reuse benefit is applicable only when the soundtrack is directly purchased from the site.

To pay the reuse fee, follow these steps:

2. Include “Reuse” in the subject line.

3. You will receive an invoice containing a secure credit card link for payment of the reuse fee.
